內勤管理行政管理活動管理
Office Locations: Beijing / Shanghai / Shenyang / Chengdu / Xi’an / Zhuhai
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to team members.
2. Provide general administrative duties including scanning, filing, photocopying, document formatting and internal mail distribution.
3. Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and updating of office equipment, coordinating the layout and improvement of office space.
4. Responsible for the processing and annual review of company qualification certificates and government affairs.
5. Acts as an interface between internal and external personnel in the collection and dissemination of information.
6. Act as a liaison with other departments.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. 3+years of experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent work experience.
3. Ability to maintain flexibility, problem solve and exercise judgement in a highly dynamic environment.
4. Maintains organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high priorities.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
