BASIC FUNCTION基本職責(zé) Responsible for patrolling and /or maintaining a security post during the shift, ensuring established procedures patrols and frequencies are followed. 負(fù)責(zé)巡視工作,在當(dāng)班期間堅(jiān)守崗位,確保酒店的既定工作程序和巡視工作的正確執(zhí)行。 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 職責(zé)和義務(wù) 1.Follow adequate patrol patterns and frequencies during shift to ensure the safety of guests and associates. 確保巡視工作的正確執(zhí)行,確保對(duì)客人和同事施實(shí)安全保衛(wèi)工作。 2.Responsible for checking so fire, life safety equipment are within the expiry limits (such as hand held chemical extinguishers etc.) 負(fù)責(zé)檢查消防和生命安全設(shè)備的使用壽命。(例如手持式化學(xué)滅火器等等) 3.Ensure prompt reporting of maintenance issues as recorded during patrols. 確保將巡視記錄中的維修問題及時(shí)報(bào)告給工程部。 4.Provide escort services for associates carrying cash, where required. 如有需要,應(yīng)對(duì)攜帶大量現(xiàn)金的同事提供護(hù)送服務(wù)。 5.Maintain perimeter patrols at points of entry and egress to ensure that all people within the hotel environs have a genuine purpose and are not loitering or are present for other reasons. 在酒店的出入口安排外圍巡視點(diǎn),以確保在酒店周圍無閑雜人。 6.Check the hotel to ensure that safety and security practices are being followed, Fire exits are not blocked, equipment is not obstructing fire hose reel doors, clearance between stacked goods and sprinkler heads is sufficient. 對(duì)酒店進(jìn)行檢查,以保證酒店內(nèi)安全保衛(wèi)措施的實(shí)行,如防火門的通暢,水龍帶門前無設(shè)備堆放,各貨物堆放區(qū)間的清潔和和噴淋頭的充足等等。 7.Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints. Communicate with guests in a manner, which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction. 采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒ń鉀Q客人投訴。通過與客人交流,建立起友好、信任和滿意的對(duì)客關(guān)系。 8.Be familiar with current first aid and fire emergency procedures. 熟悉急救程序及消防緊急措施。 9.Abide by the Hotels Policies and procedures, Code of Conduct and the hotel’s Associates Handbook. 遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守運(yùn)營(yíng)規(guī)則及員工手冊(cè)中的條款。 10.Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication. 以積極專業(yè)的態(tài)度與酒店內(nèi)部各部門及同事溝通,建立起良好的工作關(guān)系,增強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神確保有效的雙向交流。 11.Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisor. 完成上級(jí)交待的其它任務(wù)。 JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求 1.Knowledge of hotel Security preferred. 了解酒店保安工作程序 2.Minimum 1 year experience in Security position,preferably in the hotel. 至少1年保安工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好有在酒店作保安工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
