    傳感器控制器變壓器西門子ABB松下工業自動化
    崗位職責：
    1、研發與元件采購： 識別、評估和測試傳感器、控制器、驅動器和激光系統。評估其在定制應用中的兼容性和性能。
    R&D and Component Sourcing: Identifying, evaluating, and testing sensors, controllers, drives, and laser systems. Assessing compatibility and performance for custom applications.
    2、設計與工程： 繪制接線圖、電氣布局圖和原理圖（使用 EPLAN、AutoCAD Electrical 或您擅長的類似工具）。
    Design & Engineering: Developing wiring diagrams, electrical layouts, and schematics (using EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar tools you experienced with)
    3、組裝與打樣： 親身參與樣機組裝，包括控制柜接線、焊接和線纜管理。  
    Assembly & Prototyping: Hands-on involvement in prototype assembly, including control cabinet wiring, soldering, and cable management.
    4、集成與調試： 對工業控制器（主要是西門子 S7-1200/1500）進行編程和配置，并管理其與 KUKA 機器人的通訊接口。
    Integration & Commissioning: Programming and configuring industrial controllers (primarily Siemens S7-1200/1500) and managing communication interfaces with KUKA robots.
    5、診斷與排故： 在測試階段識別并解決復雜的電氣故障和自動化錯誤。
    Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving complex electrical faults and automation errors during the testing phase.
    任職要求:
    1、大專及以上學歷
    2、工業自動化專業知識： 熟悉 PLC 系統、I/O 模塊和工業通訊協議（如 PROFINET、EtherCAT 等）。
    Industrial Automation Expertise: understanding of PLC systems, I/O modules, and industrial communication protocols (Profinet, EtherCAT, etc.).
    3、硬件集成能力： 具備將不同自動化元件集成到定制系統中的經驗。加分項：有將工業機器人（***是 KUKA）與外圍設備集成的經驗。
    Hardware Integration: Experience of integrating of different automation components in a custom systems. Nice to have: Experience integrating industrial robots (preferably KUKA) with peripheral equipment.
    4、 工程直覺：能夠基于“邏輯和意圖”來選擇元件，而不僅僅是遵循物料清單。
    Engineering Intuition: The ability to select components based on "logic and intent" rather than just following a parts list.
    5、制圖熟練度： 能夠將概念性想法轉化為專業的電氣圖紙，再轉化為功能性的硬件。
    Schematic Proficiency: Ability to translate a conceptual idea into a professional electrical drawing and then into functional hardware.
    6、工作態度： 能夠在非結構化環境中茁壯成長的主動型人才，樂于在沒有詳細指令的情況下主動推進工作。
    Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in an unstructured environment and is comfortable taking initiative without detailed instructions.
    優先條件：
    1、具備低壓元件和工業自動化設備的經驗。
    Experience with low voltage components and industrial automation equipment. Robotic equipment.
    2、了解機器安全標準（如 Safety Integrated）。
      Knowledge of machine safety standards (Safety Integrated).
    3、具備良好的技術英語能力，能夠閱讀來自國際供應商的文檔，并勇于與外國同事溝通。
    Good at technical English for reading documentation (if some of the components are from international supplier). Don't shy to communicate with foreign colleagues.
