崗位職責 Responsibility：
1. 執行PSM相關管理制度；
Implement PSM related management system.
2. 通過HAZOP、LOPA、JSA等定性、半定量、定量方法定期回顧在運行活動中的風險情況，評估現有控制措施的有效性，對進一步加強風險管控的可能性提出合理化建議；
Regularly review the risk situation in operation activities through qualitative, semi quantitative and quantitative methods such as HAZOP, LOPA and JSA, evaluate the effectiveness of existing control measures, and put forward reasonable suggestions on the possibility of further strengthening risk control.
3. 審核PSA和BPR；
Review PSA and BPR.
4. 了解工藝特性，收集物料、反應、生產系統等信息，同工藝管理、設備設施、生產等團隊一起制定合理的工藝條件、操作方式、設備等級來防止工藝安全等事故。為相關人員提供培訓。
Understand process characteristics, collect materials, reaction, production system and other information, and work with process management, equipment and facilities, production and other teams to formulate reasonable process conditions, operation methods and equipment levels to prevent process safety and other accidents. Provide training to related personnel.
5. 參與客戶和內部關于PSM的審計。
Participate in customer and internal audits on PSM.
6. 根據指派負責PSM相關要素管理工作
Responsible for assigned PSM elements.
任職資格 Qualification：
1.安全工程、化學等相關專業研究生以上優先。
2.具備一定的化工基礎知識；了解精細化工設備設施；從事過有機合成、有過中試放大生產經驗為佳；對化工生產安全風險有較強識別能力；
3.熟悉國家及地方安全生產方面的法律法規；有一定的英語閱讀、聽說能力；
4具有較強團隊協作意識及溝通技巧；具有較強的任務執行能力。
