工作內容：
1、協助香港IPO涉及的各項工作，包括但不限于進行法律盡職調查、驗證/起草招股說明書以及參與交割；
2、協助上市公司和私營公司的合規工作；
3、協助起草一般信函以及法律和交易文件；
4、進行盡職調查和法律研究；
5、協助臨時任務。
任職要求：
1、大學畢業生，擁有2年以上知名地區或國際律師事務所或專業律師事務所工作的經驗；
2、優秀的中英文書面和口語溝通能力； 流利的普通話是必須的；
3、高度關注細節，能夠管理多個優先事項并跟蹤廣泛的細節；
4、愿意根據需要延長學習和工作時間。
Corporate ParalegalS
Main duties and responsibilities:
1.Assisting in various tasks involved in a Hong Kong IPO, including but not limited to conducting legal due diligence, verification/ drafting of prospectus and attending to closing;
2.Assisting in compliance work for public and private companies;
3.Conducting due diligence investigation and legal research.
Skills and experience required:
1.University graduate with 2+ years of experience from reputable regional or international law firm or professional firm;
2.Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is a must;
3.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details.
