生產經理

職責：
1. Take full charge of workshop’s routine operation and
management, ensure the whole workshop always run in a secure and compliant
environment.
2. Responsible for formulation and fulfilment of workshop’s
operation strategy and objective According to the company's development
direction
3 Team and people management, Build a team that vision
consistent with company expectation, positive, behaviour are consistent with
MBM Guiding Principles
4 Use the IE, Lean and Six sigma knowledge, Continuous
improvement for production process and technology, Optimization of personnel
and organizational structure, Enhance operational efficiency and reduce overall
manufacturing costs
5 Establish the incentive scheme and do performance
appraisal for the team, Leadership team continue to improve
6 Through own experience ,training and help the
Foreman/Engineer hoisting capacity
要求：
1. 5+ years’ experience in Production management and 3+
years’ experience in Engineer
2. Bachelor’s degree in Optics or Management or related
3. With good management ability and skill: be capable of
well management of personnel and production
4. With good coordination ability and skill: be capable of
well arrangement and assignment of task
5. With good communication ability and skill: be capable of
well communication with internal and external individuals
6. Proficient in optical communication product’s process
experience.
7. Demonstrated ability to analyze information and solve
problems with professional solutions.
8. Familiar with IE knowledge
9. With good English skill
