Your task ：
您的工作職責(zé)：
1.Support Armacell to identify and develop new market areas and applications for insulation and acoustic products within the Greater China.
在大中華地區(qū)支持阿樂斯發(fā)現(xiàn)和發(fā)展其絕熱聲學(xué)產(chǎn)品的新市場(chǎng)新應(yīng)用。
2.Help formulating the winning strategy that leads to the profitable growth of our technical insulation / acoustic business in China.
幫助制定致勝戰(zhàn)略，使我們?cè)谥袊募夹g(shù)絕熱/降噪業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利增長
3.Provide technical support to internal staff and customers within the new market segment.
提供技術(shù)支持給內(nèi)部員工和新市場(chǎng)拓展領(lǐng)域的客戶
4.Establish technical specifications and manage local testing and technical approval processes.
建立技術(shù)規(guī)范和管理當(dāng)?shù)氐臏y(cè)試及技術(shù)審批程序
5.Helping in the process of influencing authority in establishing local standards (fire protection, acoustic environment, energy saving) that align with Armacell’s development strategy in China.
在當(dāng)?shù)匾?guī)范（防火、聲環(huán)境、節(jié)能）制定時(shí)提供幫助，影響其與公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略相一致
6.Attend customer visits, seminars and provide training to local sales teams and customers when required.
參與客戶拜訪，研討會(huì)和提供培訓(xùn)給當(dāng)?shù)氐匿N售團(tuán)隊(duì)和有需要的客戶
Your profile：
您的個(gè)人資料：
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environment / HVAC, Engineering, Acoustic degree or Noise Control Engineering
學(xué)歷：環(huán)保，暖通，工程，聲學(xué)或噪聲控制工程學(xué)，大學(xué)本科學(xué)位及以上
2. Working experience: minimum five years technical support, marketing application or product management in HVAC / acoustic / Engineering / Industrial related industry.
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：五年以上在暖通/聲學(xué)/工程/工業(yè)相關(guān)行業(yè)的技術(shù)支持、市場(chǎng)應(yīng)用或產(chǎn)品管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3. Has enthusiasm, self motivation, willingness and ability to learn and input
熱情，主動(dòng)，積極肯干和快速的學(xué)習(xí)和領(lǐng)悟能力
4. Willing to communicate and with commercial sense. Skilled in presentation.
樂于溝通并具備商業(yè)直覺，善于演講表達(dá)
5. Willing to travel extensively domestically and overseas
愿意在國內(nèi)和海外出差
6. Working location: Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Chongqing/Suzhou

7. Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English

8. Preference: Good connection to acoustic/ Environment / Engineering/HVAC department in universities and institutes. Familiar with applications such as air compressors and high-temperature heat pumps. Familiar with industries such as data center, marine, heating and electric power industries.

1.與高校、協(xié)會(huì)的聲學(xué)/環(huán)保/工程/暖通部門保持良好的關(guān)系。
2.對(duì)空壓機(jī)、高溫?zé)岜玫仍O(shè)備比較熟悉。
3.在數(shù)據(jù)中心、船舶、熱力電力等行業(yè)比較熟悉。
