Responsibilities 崗位職責
1. Order Management: Order process accuracy/Batch mgt etc, well know Order Processing Process & sys. 0peration
熟知日常訂單和轉儲訂單信息準確性、發貨批號和庫位等,熟悉訂單發運流程和發運系統操作流程
2.3PL's management, well know contract terms, good coordination ability
熟知物流供應商運輸合同條款,具備良好的協調能力來管理運輸供應商
3.Cross function/supply point collaboration to ensure shipment execution
做好區域工廠、銷售、計劃、倉庫、客服各相關部門發運任務的溝通協調確認工作,能推動訂單發運有效完成
4. Leading & Support customer's DOH/FlF0/00S/basic Safety&0uality management
推進和支持客戶端庫存數量/先進先出/缺貨/安全/質量管理
Support New BP/DT Development, leading logistics end evaluation work
支持新 BP/DT 開發評估,統籌物流端評估工作
6. Leading & support Phasing data analysis / Progress management & execution
推進和支持訂單發運進度數據分析和管理執行進度
Involve more in the communication with Sales, Planning & RTM etc, Departments to push collaborative projects
充分參與到與區域或辦事處銷售、銷售計劃、RTM 等部門的工作溝通以推動項目合作
Competency Requirements 能力素質要求
1.SAP/TMS 0peration 有SAP/TMS等系統操作經驗
2. Logistics Process,3Pl management 熟悉物流運作流程和 3PL 管理
3. Well know KPl management & optimization methods 熟悉KP 管理和優化的方法論
4. Communication skill / influence / execution ability
良好的溝通協調、影響力 和高效執行力
5. Data-orientated mgt& analysis 以數據為驅動管理業務、具備良好的分析基礎
6. Customer W/H management / FlF0 management basic knowledge etc.
客戶端倉庫管理能力、先進先出管理等基礎知識
Position requirement / Critical experience 崗位工作經驗要求
1. Bacholer degree above, major in logistics management, supply chain management preferred
本科及以上學歷,物流管理、供應鏈管理專業優先
2. At least 2 years in supply chain distribution experience
2 年及以上供應鏈物流配送工作經驗
