Key Responsibilities
? Handle all the order process, including order receiving, obtain production plan and de-livery date, prepare the contracts, etc
? Working with doc team to make sure all the documents are confirmed and send to cus-tomer on time
? Collect the monthly forecast from sales team and revert to the headquarter.
? Cash process. Communicate with customer to make sure customer could pay on time. Push customer to finish the LC process before the request date.
? Owner of all the reports, including the weekly meeting report, review report, competi-tor report, BO report and tracker.
? Working closely with sales team and finance to confirm the rebate price
? Have weekly meeting with planning and export team to update the production plan and logistic information.

Key Requirements:
? Skilled Microsoft Office system / excel / PPT
? Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
? Bachelor degree or above
? 3-5 years related working experience
