Implement global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers. ? Implement planning, production, waste management and inventory procedures. ? Implement and secure the back of house operational instructions to maintain operational excellence. ? Secure high-quality standards of customer experience by acting on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction. ? Contribute to ensuring that all production areas are in shape as new and that all equipment is in full working order. ? Contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit food business plan and other action plans. ? Support the development of a high-performing team through building competence and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative. ?
