主要職責：

職責范圍 SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
確保相關服務供應商日常工作的質量，包括：校園軟服務管理：日常保潔，搬運，空間管理，活動支持。商務車，學生校車，學生校服，協助餐飲服務管理。學校自有車輛及駕駛員管理，家具庫存及采買管理等。支持運營團隊的其他項目和計劃，確保計劃及項目順利執行和落地。
Ensure the quality of daily supplier services- including: cleaning, movement, space management, event support. Business car, student bus services, students uniforms, liaise with the line manager on catering. School owned vehicle and driver management, School furniture inventory and replacement management. Also, oversee other operations-related projects and tasks as needed to deliver satisfactory services.
1. 外包供應商服務管理 Suppliers Service Quality Management
a) 通過管理供應商確保服務質量符合要求。通過KPI及用戶滿意度調查評估和監督供應商績效。
b) Manage suppliers to ensure service quality meets established standards, as measured by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys.
c) 執行客戶服務標準化操作流程并持續改進。提出糾正和改進方案，持續改進現場服務。
Conduct the customer service standardization operation procedure and continues improvement. Raise corrective and improvement solutions and improve the onsite service continuously.
d) 配合部門領導完成供應商服務評估，參與供應商招投標，如需替換，完成順利交接。
Working with the line manager to complete the supplier assessment, participate in bidding if necessary, and ensure a smooth transition.
2. 倉庫及空間使用合理化管理 Inventory and space utilization management
a) 軟服務耗材管理。 Soft service consumable warehouse management.
b) 負責學校所有倉庫的管理，并協助年度倉庫盤點工作。
Be responsible for all the storage rooms management and assist in yearly inventory checking.
c) 管理空間合理化使用，包括校園裝飾部分，必要時提出合理建議。
Monitor the proper utilization of space, including campus decoration, and raise reasonable suggestions based on the observation.
3. 活動支持 Event support
確保學校活動的場地準備和后勤保障服務專業化并滿足組織者的各項要求。
Make sure the venues are prepared as specified and events are handled in a professional manner and according to the Organizers’ requirements.
4. 教師公寓入住管理 Staff accommodation support
和相關部門同事合作，協助老師入住學校教師公寓及搬出，協助人事完成外籍老師校外租房的溝通和協調。
Collaborate with peers to provide support for on-campus apartment accommodations, and work with HR to assist expats in renting offsite apartments.
5. 家具管理 Furniture management
a) 管理現有家具的質量，與設施維護團隊開展所需維修工作。
Manage the existing furniture quality and collaborate the FM team for necessary maintenance.
b) 當新家具購買清單提交時，評估必要性。與提交者溝通，確保提交的申請合理性與必須性。
Assess the necessity of new furniture purchasing request before placing an order. Communicate with requestors and make sure order is assessed based on reasonable justification.
c) 配合部門領導準備年度及階段性家具采購計劃。
Assist the line manager in preparing the annual furniture order list and necessary rolling plan of furniture replacement.
6. 學校車輛及駕駛員管理
a) 和學校駕駛員一起負責學校車輛的維修保養及日常運營。
Work with school driver to manage the school owned cars daily operation and maintenance.
b) 負責校區及三校區員工班車運營和協調，協調供應商做好商務及活動用車派遣。
c) Work with suppliers to ensure the smooth operation and arrangement of business car or student activity bus applications. Ensure the campus and cross-campus shuttle buses are running smoothly.
d) 配合部門領導持續優化員工班車及商務車派遣服務。
Assist the line manager in further optimizing the shuttle bus and business car application services.
7. 校車/校服/校餐服務管理Student school bus/Uniform/Catering Services Management
確保日常“三校”服務質量，作為家長溝通窗口，及時協調供應商跟進和解決日常反饋問題，做好新學期校車報名收集及校服發放工作，相關安全及標準管理符合當地政府及相關部門要求，協調學校財務部門完成家長代收代付收費及退費結算工作。
Ensure the quality of those services. Acting as the parent liaison, promptly coordinate with suppliers to follow up on and resolve feedback. Manage new-semester school-bus registration and uniform distribution, ensuring related safety and standards comply with local government and relevant authorities. Coordinate with the school finance department to handle fee collection, as well as refund settlements.
8. 協助預算管理Operation budget management support
a) 支持相關職責范圍的預算計劃和工作。
Support on the operation budget planning and control.
b) 負責持續改進成本的控制。 Be responsible for improvement and reduction of costs.
9. 協助部門其他同事及學校完成政府性檢查和督導工作Assist colleagues in completing government related inspections.
10. 協助上級完成年度部門工作計劃及戰略性學校規劃任務 Assist the line manager in achieving the department working plan and school strategic goals.
11. 負責新外包供應商的相關技術性培訓。例如兒童保護規章制度。 Lead training to outsourced suppliers. E.g. child protection policy.
行政職責 ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 負責提交必要采購單及發票，提交給直線領導。
Initiate and submit necessary purchase request/invoice to the line manager.
2. 負責新任務委派至外包服務公司時的相關技術性培訓 Training to outsourced suppliers.
工作關系 RELATIONS
1. 直接向運營經理匯報工作。 Reports directly to the Operations Manager.
2. 與其它部門協調好關系，辦好各種活動。
Coordinate with other Departments on service and event support.
臨時責任 TEMPORARY MISSION
完成上級布置的其它工作。 Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager.

要求：
1.管理或商業大專學校畢業，有涉外服務行業的工作經歷；
2.有7-8年相同水準行政或總務后勤工作經驗；
3. 具備流利的英語聽說讀寫能力，能夠與外籍同事進行高效工作溝通；
4. 能夠獨立承擔工作職責，工作嚴謹細致，責任心強；
5. 具備較強的組織與協調能力，工作方法嚴謹規范；
6. 具有出色的問題分析與解決能力，結果導向并注重執行力；
7. 具備良好的多任務管理能力，能夠在高壓環境下保持工作績效；
8. 主動發現問題，并推動問題改進，善于梳理與優化工作流程；
9. 誠實守信、沉穩可靠，具備良好的團隊合作精神并追求卓越績效；
10. 具有較強的客戶服務意識、溝通技巧及跨部門協調經驗。
