Responsibilities Performing administrative activities across different HR processes like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes including but not limiting to: Processing data changes in the HRIS Generating documents/offers/paperwork according to the case/ticket Responding to employee queries Manage cases on the case management tool Coordinate with multiple third parties and vendors Validate data correctness and approvals as per case/ticket Ensure adherence to SLA’s as agreed for the respective processes Work closely with quality team in identification and implementation of improvement ideas Monitor and resolve day to day issues & escalations, if any, by co-ordinating with different stakeholders Work closely with the overall process lead to ensure that any process changes / updates are processed Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s or equivalent education 1-3 years of working experience in HR shared services/Operations Experience in Workday or similar HCM Good communication skills for voice support Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward
