—Evaluation of the feasibility and safety of the production process；
—評估產品生產工藝的可行性和安全性；
—Take part in the accident treatment of all kinds of production process, and put forward the improvement measures and suggestions；
—參與各類生產工藝事故處理，提出改進措施及建議；
—Carry out the process operation guidance to the production department and support the normal operation of production；
—對生產部門實施工藝操作指導，支持生產正常運行；
—Assist in technical development and technical cooperation and development projects, and fulfill the development tasks according to the requirements of quality, cost and progress；
—協助各項技術開發工作、技術合作開發項目，按質量、成本、進度的要求完成各項開發任務；
—The introduction of new products and new technologies was evaluated, and the new products and new technologies were absorbed and absorbed；
—對新產品、新技術引進進行評估，并對引進的新產品、新技術進行消化吸收；
—To deal with the work feedback of interdepartmental work, the improvement measures and solutions are put forward.
—處理工藝問題對跨部門的工作反饋，提出改進措施和解決方法；
—Follow up the production schedule, help to deal with the poor quality of the production line and improve the quality of production；
—跟進生產進度，協助處理生產線出現的相關品質不良，提升生產品質；
—The technical support of the stage of installation, debugging and use of chemical engineering projects is carried out.
—開展化工工程項目的安裝、調試、使用階段的技術支持；
—The improvement of the production line and the revision of the process documents to improve the production efficiency of the products；
—進行生產線的改進及工藝文件的修訂，提高產品生產效率；
—Other tasks arranged by the superior leaders。
—完成上級領導安排的其它工作任務。
Post qualification 任職資格：
—Bachelor degree or above in chemical engineering, technology, fine chemical and other related major;
—化學工程與工藝、精細化工等相關專業本科及以上學歷；
—2 years and above work experience in process design and management of chemical fine chemical industry.
—3年及以上的化工精細化工行業工藝設計與管理相關工作經驗；
—It has a profound knowledge base of chemical engineering and technology, and is familiar with chemical process and production process.
—有較深厚的化工工程及工藝專業知識基礎，熟悉化工工藝和生產流程；
—Skilled operation of CAD, three dimensional piping and various engineering computing software;
—熟練運行CAD、三維配管和各工程計算軟件；
—Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; strong hands-on ability, open thinking, practical and willing to work.
—具備良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神；較強的動手能力，思路開闊、踏實肯干。
