? Regular check and ensure the PEU test benches are running with measurement devices and sensors are working properly, recognize if there is any deviation from the spec or state of the art of automotive environment testing.
? Ensure the test bench are checked before and after every test
? Ensure the test procedure, load cycle and test setup are as according to agreed specification
? Ensure the documentation after each test is complete and correct
? Ensure the parts will pass the PTL before and after testing
? In case test fail, make sure that supplier will immediately investigate the root cause
? Ensure the parts will be transferred to the RPA and carry out RPA analysis according to defined timing and according to process
? Ensure consequent communication in case of problems
? Make full use of any free test capacity to increase the maturity of the product
