協(xié)助工具經(jīng)理推行現(xiàn)場”5S” 管理.Help the tooling
manager to push “5S” on-site management.

確保生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合技術(shù)要求Make sure that the production quality can meet the
requirement of the technic.

貫徹落實(shí)公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,確保工具生產(chǎn)管理工作符合公司的安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；Ensure that standards are in place and followed in terms of Safety,
Quality and Environment.

負(fù)責(zé)建立一流的現(xiàn)場目視管理體系; Setting up the first
level on-site visual management in the workshop.

組織落實(shí)、監(jiān)督、檢查生產(chǎn)過程各項(xiàng)工藝，確保生產(chǎn)過程嚴(yán)格按照工藝目標(biāo)進(jìn)行；Make sure that technical standards are implemented during the process.

切實(shí)抓好生產(chǎn)員工的技能培訓(xùn)，并確保員工培訓(xùn)需求與企業(yè)發(fā)展相平衡；Set up the yearly training plan for all the operators
according to the development of the company, make sure all the technical
standards be understood by the operators.

科學(xué)合理調(diào)度生產(chǎn)，確保保質(zhì)保量完成車間生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃任務(wù)；Make sure the production
plan be conducted on time by scientific arrangement.

督促車間工段及車間小組開好每天的晨會（班前會），并能嚴(yán)格考核; Make sure the morning meeting(shift meeting) be
conducted and can be strictly with it.

積極領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并組織本車間員工進(jìn)行持續(xù)改善及設(shè)備的自主維護(hù)；Lead and organize the
operators to conduct the TPM and CIT action within workshop.

掌握員工的思想動態(tài)，深入、細(xì)致地作好員工的思想工作并定期向工具經(jīng)理匯報(bào)員工思想動態(tài)及意見要求；Communicate actively with the operators, try to learn the thinking and
comments from the operators and report to the tooling manager monthly.

負(fù)責(zé)作好生產(chǎn)一線員工的月度、年度績效考核及考勤工作。Make sure the monthly,yearly performance review for
all the operators be conducted strictly and fairly.

參加和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)改善小組,如提高OEE,成本節(jié)約,安全等lead and participate the CIT such as OEE,cost
