Account Abilities
1. Carbon Management (Climate) in Scope 3: Engage Budweiser suppliers in scope 3 decarbonization initiatives and other sustainability targets via Strategic Supplier Alliance and procurement or supply chain routines, including delivering supplier trainings on Sustainability know-hows, supplier carbon baseline and decarbonization roadmap build-up, carbon reduction initiative tracking and monitoring, decarbonization results reporting in Global (Eclipse) and local platforms.
2. Agriculture Management in Value Chain: Drive sustainable agriculture studies and pilots together with strategic raw material suppliers, industry associations, research agencies, etc.
3. Water Management in Value Chain: Work with supply chain, upstream suppliers on water risk assessment, water efficiency improvements, external watershed improvement actions when needed.
4. Accelerate Sustainability Innovation: Actively participating in sustainability innovation in China market, leading China Innovation Hub and supporting global 100+ Accelerator program.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Responsible for Corporate Sustainability Reporting on environment-related disclosures, including thousand data points collection and reporting under latest company or market regulator guidelines (e.g. CSRD), provide necessary support on external assurance needs or sustainability rating (MSCI, CDP, Sustainalytics, HKQAA, etc.) needs across APAC.
6. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration within APAC: Cross-functional collaboration on sustainability targets setting and projects execution, working closely with Sustainability team in different overseas BUs, Procurement Category Sourcing team, Supply Chain & Logistics, Legal & Corporate Affairs, and Marketing functions.
7. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration with Global: Effective communication with global Sustainability team, reporting Zone/BU progress to relevant global teams and support global initiative implementation.
8. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration with Market: Liaison with NGOs, government authorities, industry associations and research institutes in terms of ESG trends, sustainability topics, technical understanding and development of sustainability studies and policies, and capture opportunities of cooperation.
9. External Sustainability Activation: Sustainability event planning and execution, social media communication and presence on ESG/sustainability/procurement/supply chain conference and summit.
Education
1. Bachelor degree, MBA/EMBA/Master is a plus.
2. Major: no limitation, environmental science, material science, supply chain management is a plus.
Experience
1. 5-8 years' working experiences.
2. ESG/sustainability related experience and international exposure is a plus.
3. Experience in procurement (sourcing/vendor management) is a plus.
4. Experience in market and policy research is a plus.
5. Sustainability/Supply Chain Innovation related experience is a plus.
Technical Competencies
1. Strong strategic thinking and data analytical skills (mandatory).
2. Good communication and project management capabilities, working with multiple functions/teams/stakeholders is a plus.
3. Fluent in both English and Chinese (mandatory).
4. PMP or carbon trader certificate is a plus.
