3 規范供應商管理
在公司供應商管理制度的標準體系下，建立供應商SRM管理
及時處理供應商的電話，郵件以及與供應商保持正確的溝通方式
不以個人的偏好而選擇供應商進行采購活動
4 ERP系統的處理
及時正確錄入信息進ERP系統
保持數據的正確性和準確性
5 管理財務指標
每月定期核對供應商應付，發票，確保財務流程的正確
跟蹤采購訂單狀況，并及時處理供應商產品索賠事宜
6 發展和提高
參加團隊會議，提出改進和優化建議，不斷提升自我技能和水平
根據需求，參加公司組織的培訓
