Position: ACCA Lecturer (part-time & full-time)

International Accountancy School in China：

Successful candidates will be responsible for providing effective and professional training results to our IAS students.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
? ACCA Qualification ( WWW.ACCA.CN )
Candidate must possess ACCA OR CIMA OR ACA OR CFA OR AUCPA OR CGA certificate
? Finance and Accounting Ba/Bsc/Msc/Ma degree or higher
? Prior professional training experience
2. Person Specification:
? Ability to relate to business professionals
? An outgoing personality
? Enthusiastic and self-motivated
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
? Proven team player
? Customer focused

Responsibility:
1. Teaching and Lecture Preparation
? To deliver tuition focused on Passing Rates and International Accounting School ' s academic objectives.
? To motivate students to perform in their studies and in their exams to the very best of their abilities.
? To prepare lectures and be familiar with the study material so as to be able to provide an effective tuition service.
2. Student Counseling
? To understanding students' requirements, assisting them individually where appropriate, and being available to them
at all reasonable times.
? To be pro-active with both students and employers in making proposals for improved performance in examinations.
3. Other Tasks
? To promote International Accounting School as the tuition provider which adds the highest value to students through
appropriate conduct at all times.
? To provide constructive feedback within International Accounting School on his/her own, and students comment on
the content of course programmes and study material.
? To attend such training and development course as International Accounting School shall provide promotion of
IAS through the writing of articles, speaking at meetings and events
