Main Responsibilities 主要職責 ? Offer Generation: Provide fast, technically qualified, competitive and profitable offers according to customer requirements through Proposal Management team, including clear definitions of scope of supply, specification clarifications and deviations, and delivery terms. Assist front-end sales during negotiations in order to ensure required order volume as well as target profitability. 報價管理:根據客戶要求并得到管理層審核,快速提供技術合格、具有競爭力和盈利能力的產品報價,包括明確定義供貨范圍、規格澄清和偏差以及交付條款。在談判期間協助前端銷售,以確保所需的訂單量以及目標盈利能力。 ? Technical Clarification: Ensure all received orders are technically clarified before handover for order execution to avoid any later-stage modifications and related non-conformance costs. 技術澄清:確保在移交訂單執行之前對所有收到的訂單進行技術澄清,以避免任何后期修改和相關不合格成本的發生。 ? Price Analysis: Regularly analyses the price level of major business opportunities by product / sales region and define competitiveness configuration for key vertical. Support to improve the win rate and contribute to achieve yearly OI target for Export projects. 價格分析:定期研究重點海外項目不同產品 、不同區域的價格水平,討論確定區域主要行業的有競爭力的產品配置。 支持提高項目逇中標率并支持達成 年度的OI 目標。 ? Order Execution: Execute received orders according to standard process including all mandatory quality gates, in order to meet requested delivery date, by coordinating the overall order execution from design till delivery and energizing stage. Ensure all required order information is clear and is provided to related departments to avoid non-conformance costs due misunderstanding or missing data. Pro-actively seek opportunities for continuous reduction of lead time. 訂單執行:通過協調從設計到交付和階段的整體訂單執行,根據標準流程執行收到的訂單,包括所有強制性質量門,以滿足交貨日期的要求。確保所有要求的訂單信息清晰明了,并提供給相關部門,以避免因誤解或數據缺失而導致的不合格成本的產生。積極主動地尋求持續縮短交貨時間的機會。 ? SCM: Support the production capacity planning process by providing OI and delivery forecast data for export projects to ensure transparency of order and work-load pipeline. 供應鏈:通過提供海外項目開關柜OI和交付預測數據來支持生產能力計劃流程,以確保訂單和工作量的透明度。 ? Claim management: Support claim management process in case of customer changes by providing information about related technical adjustments for cost and time calculation. 理賠管理:在客戶發生變更時支持理賠管理流程的執行,通過提供有關成本和時間計算等相關技術的調整信息。 ? Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager. 執行直線經理分配的其他任務/職責。
