    Scope of Responsibilities 職責范圍
    Ensure the quality of the daily work of relevant service suppliers, including school catering service, Integrated Facilities Management, transportation, asset management, procurement, dormitory, department collaboration tasks, and insurance management. Support operation team’s other projects and programs to ensure staff are satisfied with all services provided.
    Catering service 校餐
    ? To plan, allocate and supervise the catering service quality.
    計劃、安排和監督餐飲服務的質量。
    ? To establish and build up long-term relations & collaboration with catering supplier, including the review and monitoring KPI, and to ensure efficient and cost-effective services are provided.

    ? To collaborate with Parental Engagement Manager for catering related solution and follow-up.

    ? Checks all areas of the kitchen, canteen, storeroom, fridges are up to the level of sanitation standard.

    ? Updates & reviews cleaning products, purchase specifications and cleaning methods to ensure the highest possible standard at all times in line with the relevant authorities regulations.

    ? Checks and audits regularly the process of "Sorting" garbage.

    ? Lead, managed, training, appraise, control and ensure foods, Public Area, environments hygiene.

    ? Audit food delivery checking and storage process

    ? Handle all communication concerning government hygiene departments; ensure the government’s instruction put into effect. Changed Hygiene related license.

    Integrated facilities management collaboration and improvement 綜合設施服務協調及質量提升
    ? Be professional in integrated facilities management. Improve service quality, which include but not limited to the followings. E.g. Housekeeping, Safety and security, Mail Service, Event Support, Inventory Management, and Furniture Management. 在

    Transportation (Student shuttle and business car service) 學生校車及公務車服
    ? Student shuttle 學生校車
    a) responsible for the supplier quality management.
    負責供應商質量管理。
    b) Act as school contact person to ensure the communication and service coordination among suppliers, parents, and students.
    作為校方的聯絡人,確保供應商、家長、學生之間的溝通和協作。
    ? Business car service 公務車服務
    Arrange the business car per staff’s need and ensure it is in compliance with the car arrangement policy.
    根據教職工需求以及使用政策提供公務車服務。
    On campus dormitory service support 校園宿舍服務支持
    ? Work with other relevant department or peers to support the on-campus student and staff dormitory arrangement, maintenance, teacher registration, card management, etc.
    和相關部門同事合作,支持校內學生和教師公寓的安排,保潔、維護,教師注冊,房卡安排等工作。
    Insurance management 保險管理
    ? Evaluate and reasonably adjust the existing insurance services purchased by the school to ensure that the school's assets, staff, and students are appropriately protected and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    根據現有學校購買的保險服務,評估并合理調整,確保學校資產、員工和學生得到適當的保護,并符合法律法規要求。
    ? Plan and manage the insurance budget, negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best insurance terms and rates, manage the insurance procurement process, and effectively manage the claims process in the event of an insurance incident to ensure that the school's interests are compensated promptly and adequately.
    規劃和管理保險預算,與保險公司協商獲取最佳保險條款和費率,管理保險采購流程,以及在發生保險事件時,有效管理索賠過程,確保學校利益得到及時和充分的賠償。
    Department related programs 部門內部項目協作及管理
    ? Consolidate and draft newsletter. Control the newsletter content and quality based on team’s contribution.
    收集運營小報內容并草擬。在團隊成員提交的基礎上,確保小報的內容及質量。
    ? Other department related programs or tasks.
    其他部門相關項目或任務。
    Lead training to outsourced suppliers. E.g. child protection policy, campus safety policy, etc. 負責外包供應商的相關技術性培訓管理。例如兒童保護規章制度,校園安全培訓等。
