崗位職責Responsibilities：
1. 負責主導/參與前期產品開發中所涉及的新產品、新工藝、新材料、新工裝和新設備等的選型設計、評估和導入。Responsible for leading/participating in the selection, design, evaluation, and introduction of new products, processes, materials, fixtures, and equipment involved in the early stage of product development.
3. 負責組織團隊成員建立并維護技術管理相關的程序文件，以確保前期產品開發和現場工藝管理的合規性。Responsible for organizing team members to establish and maintain technical management related procedural documents to ensure compliance in early product development and on-site process management.
4. 負責編寫和維護各類工藝技術文件，并向運營部和質量部員工進行操作方法和工藝要求的現場培訓和指導。Responsible for writing and maintaining various process technology documents, and providing on-site training and guidance on operating methods and process requirements to employees in the operations and quality departments.
5. 負責生產工藝管理，包括但不限于現場工藝支持，工藝紀律檢查，工藝參數管理，工藝異常處理，以及相關的工藝變更管理；并通過持續改善來實現精益生產的需求。Responsible for production process management, including but not limited to on-site process support, process discipline inspection, process parameter management, process anomaly handling, and related process change management; achieve the requirements of lean production through continuous improvement.
6. 負責技術團隊的建設和發展，提供必要的培訓和指導，提高團隊專業水平以確保團隊高效運作。Responsible for building and developing the technical team, providing necessary training and guidance, improving team's professional skill level to ensure efficiency.
崗位要求Job requirements：
1. 本科及以上學歷，機械制造等相關專業. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing or related.
2. 有8年以上氣瓶制造經驗或跨國企業汽車制造/汽車零件等相關工作經歷，具有豐富的技術管理和人員經驗；有注塑焊接技術背景者優先。More than 8 years of working experience in cylinder industry or automobile manufacturing or auto parts in multinational enterprises, with rich process technology management and people management experience. Injection & Welding background is prioritized.
3. 具有強烈的責任心，對于出現的各種技術問題有能力快速進行現場分析，或協調其他部門快速分析解決問題。Have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to quickly analyze various technical problems, or coordinate other departments to quickly analyze and solve problems.
4. 優秀的領導力；良好的統籌協調和溝通能力 Strong leadership with good coordination and communication skills.
5. 有一定的英語讀、寫、聽、說能力。English reading, writing, listening and
speaking skill.
