Main Responsibilities
(1) Assist the FD in carrying out administrative, scientific, educational work.
(2) Assist the FD in various tasks including (but not limited to) the FD’s calendar, meeting organization, traveling organization, day-to-day problem-solving, time-management, etc.
(3) Ensure effective communication and coordination between members of the FD’s research team.
(4) Assist the FD in organizing and reception of important conferences and activities of the lab and institute.
(5) Complete other tasks assigned by the FD.

Job Requirements
(1) University education degree.
(2) Enthusiasm for science and the role it plays in improving health and well-being.
(3) Excellent spirit of dedication and teamwork, superb organization, coordination and communication abilities, highly developed problem-solving skills.
(4) Excellent written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.
(5) Willingness to continuously improve existing skills, notably in the English written and spoken language.
(6) Willingness to learn new skills.
(7) Proficiency in various daily office software.
(8) Good physical and mental health.
