職位描述

崗位職責

1、監督落實成品，半成品的質量檢驗標準（檢驗指導書及缺陷類別）并培訓員工 Implementate quality inspection standard for finish part, semi-finish part(inspection instruction and failure cataloge)

2、批量供貨階段的質量檢驗管理并按照客戶要求完成檢驗報告 Part inspection after SOP phase and finish
inspection report accroding to customer requirement

3、負責產品審核 Resonsible for product audit

4、批量供貨階段的質量檢驗管理并按照客戶要求完成檢驗報告 Part inspection after SOP phase and finish inspection report accroding to customer requirement

5、負責量檢具管理包括校準，判定，分發，購買，入賬等工作。 Responsible for the measurement device including calibration,judgement, distribution, purchasing, statistic etc.

6、負責分層審核實施 responsible for layer audit implementation

7、負責實驗室管理，負責產品及原材料定期實驗 responsible for lab management, responsible for regular test of raw material and finish part.

8、負責不合格品管理，包含隔離，報廢等。 Responsible for nonconformity parts management, including block, scrap etc.

9、出貨檢驗管理 outgoing inspection management

10、領導安排的其他工作 Other jobs from leader
