What are my responsibilities? /崗位職責
1. Responsible for conceptual and detailed design of new products according to market needs and customer requirements.根據市場和客戶需求,完成新產品概念和細節設計
2. For the new product development and product issues happened on site, design and execute the test. 針對新產品開發或者項目中出現的產品問題，設計及執行產品測試。
3. Prepare the BOM articles, product information and manual for new products.
為新產品創建材料清單料號，制作產品信息和產品手冊。
4. Provide technical and engineering support to company’s part localization activity including providing drawings,clarification on design, part function, part qualification, etc. 在公司本地化活動中提供技術和工程支持，包括提供圖紙，設計講解，零件功能，零件確認等
5. For some non-standard projects, prepare BOM and support some related teams to place the order.針對非標項目的要求，提供材料清單并支持相關團隊下單。
6. Support the aftersales team to solve the installation or product issues.
支持售后團隊解決安裝或產品的問題
7. support the sales team and help them to achieve the order. 為銷售團隊提供技術支持，幫助銷售團隊拿到訂單
8. Investigate the competitors and markets regularly and designedly.
定期或者有針對性的做競爭對手調研以及市場調研
9. The other job which is assigned by the company and line manager.公司及上級領導安排的其他日常工作
What do I need to qualify for this job? /任職資格
1、Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 機械專業本科以上學歷
2、Min. 2 years of experience in designing industrial or as a technical support.
兩年以上產品設計或者技術支持相關工作經驗
3、With poultry experience is a plus 有家禽行業背景優先
4、Proficiency in 3D/2D, preferable for Solid Works 熟練使用Solid works等三維軟件，能熟練使用3D/2D軟件
5、Computer literate with good knowledge of office software 熟練使用電腦辦公軟件
6、Knowledge of engineering principles, logical thinking with the ability to solve complex problem and complete multi project 有處理復雜事物的邏輯思維能力，有同時處理多個項目的管理能力
