崗位職責(zé)
1. Responsible for conceptual and detailed design of new products according to market needs and customer requirements.根據(jù)市場(chǎng)和客戶(hù)需求,完成新產(chǎn)品概念和細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)
2. For the new product development and product issues happened on site, design and execute the test. 針對(duì)新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)或者項(xiàng)目中出現(xiàn)的產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題，設(shè)計(jì)及執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品測(cè)試。
3. Prepare the BOM articles, product information and manual for new products.
為新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)建材料清單料號(hào)，制作產(chǎn)品信息和產(chǎn)品手冊(cè)。
4. Provide technical and engineering support to company’s part localization activity including providing drawings,clarification on design, part function, part qualification, etc. 在公司本地化活動(dòng)中提供技術(shù)和工程支持，包括提供圖紙，設(shè)計(jì)講解，零件功能，零件確認(rèn)等
5. For some non-standard projects, prepare BOM and support some related teams to place the order.針對(duì)非標(biāo)項(xiàng)目的要求，提供材料清單并支持相關(guān)團(tuán)隊(duì)下單。
6. Support the aftersales team to solve the installation or product issues.
支持售后團(tuán)隊(duì)解決安裝或產(chǎn)品的問(wèn)題
7. support the sales team and help them to achieve the order. 為銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)提供技術(shù)支持，幫助銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)拿到訂單
8. Investigate the competitors and markets regularly and designedly.
定期或者有針對(duì)性的做競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手調(diào)研以及市場(chǎng)調(diào)研
9. The other job which is assigned by the company and line manager.公司及上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他日常工作
What do I need to qualify for this job? /任職資格
1、Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 機(jī)械專(zhuān)業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷
2、Min. 2 years of experience in designing industrial or as a technical support.
兩年以上產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)或者技術(shù)支持相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、With poultry experience is a plus 有家禽行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先
4、Proficiency in 3D/2D, preferable for Solid Works 熟練使用Solid works等三維軟件，能熟練使用3D/2D軟件
5、Computer literate with good knowledge of office software 熟練使用電腦辦公軟件
6、Knowledge of engineering principles, logical thinking with the ability to solve complex problem and complete multi project 有處理復(fù)雜事物的邏輯思維能力，有同時(shí)處理多個(gè)項(xiàng)目的管理能力
