SIED R&D Mechanical Engineer

Work Experience:
● ≥3 years.
● Mechanical design experience in industry.
● R&D experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
● 2D drawing and 3D modeling and design of new product.
● Mechanical design for the component’s improvement, localization and 2nd source
● Assist to complete new projects and company new product schedule.
● Create and maintain specifications for mechanical parts of drive.
● Support Engineering and Tech Quotation with system application solution
● Involvement in ECR management and release
● Involvement in commodity team activities
● Support other department, e.g. Q, SP, Operation, CS, CE, Log, Commercial, for technical related issues if necessary
Qualifications:
● Experience of drawing 3D and 2D.
● Mastered force construction and distinguishion.
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Ability to function in a team environment.
● Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, presentation skills.
● Excellent time management skills.
● Excellent oral and written English.
● Knowledgeable with trade and business practices in China and in Western countries.
● Quality awareness and basic quality tools application including data analysis and problem solving.
● Have lean awareness and know basic lean method: e.g. 7 wastes,5S, A3, Process Mapping.
● Quality awareness based on ISO 9001 requirement.
● Ability to use quality tools such as FMEA to understand the requirements of quality, environment and safety systems.
