Develop and execute China-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.
Manage recruitment channels, including job boards, referral programs, headhunting firms, and social media platforms, ensuring efficient and cost-effective hiring.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the China talent market.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to provide talent insights, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven experience leading recruitment in China.
Strong background in managing senior-level and executive hiring.
Hands-on experience in employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruitment channel management.
Strong understanding of China’s talent market, recruitment trends, and hiring practices.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
