跨境電商物流客服專員

Job Responsibilities:
1. To handle the end to end process of cross-border logistics consultation (first leg transportation, customs clearance, and last mile delivery), be familiar with European cross-border small package customs clearance and operating standards is required
2. Assist in handling customer shipping plans
3. Verification of cargo data
4. Input cargo data in system
5. Create a customer tracking record form
6. Follow up handling of exceptional issues (such as changing labels/addresses), coordinate with customers on regular basis
7. Check and issue customer invoices and answer related questions
8. Verify overseas agent billing statement and apply for payment process
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, English CET-4+(other European international languages such as Ukrainian and Polish will be plus), familiar with logistics incoterms and cross-border e-commerce rules, major in shipping and freight forwarding Foreign, trading, English will be an advantage
2. At least 1 years of work experience with experience in cross-border logistics operations in Europe is preferred
3. Good service manner and resilient under pressure; working carefully and strong communication skills
4. Possess good professional ethics, enthusiastic service, coordination ability
5. Strong sense of work responsibility, organized work, able to complete various work indicators on timely manner; able to resist external pressure
6. Basic financial knowledge is preferred
崗位職責：
1. 處理跨境物流全流程咨詢（頭程運輸、清關(guān)、尾程派送），需熟悉歐洲跨境小包清關(guān)及操作規(guī)范
2. 協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)處理客戶出貨計劃
3. 貨物數(shù)據(jù)核對
4. 貨物數(shù)據(jù)錄系統(tǒng)
5. 制作客戶跟蹤記錄表
6. 后續(xù)特殊問題處理（比如換標/換地址），起到與客戶銜接的作用
7. 出客戶賬單，相關(guān)疑問進行解答
8. 核對海外代理賬單，并向領(lǐng)導申請付款
任職要求：
1.大專及以上學歷，英語CET-4+（其他歐洲國際語言烏克蘭語，波蘭語等加分），熟悉物流術(shù)語與跨境電商規(guī)則，航運及貨代.外貿(mào).英語.物流管理等專業(yè)畢業(yè)者優(yōu)先
2.1年左右工作經(jīng)驗，有過歐洲跨境物流操作工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先
3.良好的服務(wù)意識，抗壓能力強；工作仔細-細心，較強的溝通交流能力
4.具有良好的職業(yè)操守，服務(wù)熱誠高，協(xié)調(diào)能力
5.工作責任心強，做事有條理，能按時完成各項工作指標, 能抵抗外界壓力
6.具備基本財務(wù)知識優(yōu)先
